Window handles
So....finally vehicle is ready, 3.5 hours late; exterior damage checks done, I'm shown all the bits n pieces and good to go.....or not.
Adjust my seat, wind down (yep) wind down drivers window and glance across to passenger door. See photo. Now I'm losing it just a little.

Delays
So the trip has started very well actually but I am practicing my patience very well!
Flight in to Auckland was delayed an hour due to catering being late & then a leaking toilet as well. What's an extra hour when you can spend it watching Farmageddon.
Terrific night with Yuka and Michael, best sleep in a long time so must be in holiday mode.
That is just as well as Jucy rental booked for 9:00 is still not here at 111:06. Patience starting to wear a little but thin.
Still girls will be happy with extra time shopping...best I wait here;
Jucy have offered to shuttle me for lunch and they will reimburse but I reckon if I leave vehicle will turn up! At least it's being checked at mechanics so they take there maintenance seriously.
Next time I'll definitely book a diesel vehicle. Cost of petrol here is well over $2:00 per litre.
